GUARANTEED COLLATERAL LOAN PROGRAM Families of children with chronic health conditions often face the financial challenge of paying for services or equipment not covered by insurance. For this reason, the Council for Children and Adolescents with Chronic Health Conditions initiated the development of a low-interest loan program through the Northeast Credit Union to assist families of children with chronic health conditions. Recipients have used loan funds for payment of medical services, purchase of medical equipment, home modifications, and debt consolidation. Contact Denise Brewitt at 603-225-6400 if you have questions or wish to receive an application. PARENT TRAINING GRANTS Parent Training Grants are available to families of children and adolescents with chronic health conditions to help with expenses of attending training seminars, workshops and conferences to gain a better understanding of how to better meet the challenges of a chronic health condition.
